St. Augustine is a beautifully detailed double sided large Spanish medal on a 32” medium paper clip chain that is textured and comes in gold or silver.

On one side is the Sacred Heart with the words "Brotherhood of Sacrament" and the other side depicts angels kneeling at the monstrance with the words "Parish St. Augustine of Sierra"
