All items may vary from photo due to condition of vintage items, naturally occurring differences in gemstones and various finishes used to create each unique piece. Some chains and clasps may also be different based on availability; however they will be as close to the original design as possible.

Refunds and Exchanges

Our return and exchange policy is designed to be straightforward and customer-friendly. We accept returns or exchanges within a 7-day window from the date of receipt, with the exception of shipping costs which are non-refundable. For large wholesale orders, please be aware that restocking fees may apply.  

If you wish to exchange an item that is not defective, the shipping costs for the replacement item will be your responsibility.  

To ensure a full credit for your returns, items must be in their original condition, unused and unopened. We strive to make our policies clear to support a hassle-free shopping experience.
